Colourful Homemade Rainbow Fudge!
Who doesn’t like a little taste of the rainbow? All the fruity flavours with the distinctive crunch packed into creamy white fudge.

Ingredients:
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
¾ cups Skittles
Food colouring – four different colours
Instructions:
- Line an 8 inch square pan with baking paper.
- Combine the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan.
- Melt over a low heat and stir contently until mixture is smooth.
- Stir in the skittles.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan.
- Take each colour of food colouring and squirt one drop each food colouring in a separate corner.
- Use a knife to create swirls of colour in the fudge.
- Refrigerate or freeze until firm.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy!
