All prices on Pik n Mix Lollies' website are in NZD and include GST. Payment is required in full before your order is despatched.

We reserve the right to amend or rectify any errors in pricing or product description within 24 hours of being notified of it.

For orders that select "Bank Transfer" as the payment option - your order will be despatched once the full amount appears in Pik n Mix's bank account. Please note that this can occasionally mean the next business day.

When your payment method is Bank Transfer, your order will be despatched once confirmation of payment is received into the Pik n Mix account.

Bank transfers are a manual form of payment and require you (the customer) to transfer the money. Pik n Mix has no control over this payment method process.

When a refund is issued, you will receive an email confirming that it has been processed on our end. From the time of the notification, it can take up to 5 business days for the money to appear in your account.

This includes refunds to Credit/Debit cards, Afterpay, Laybuy, Humm, Genoapay, Zip, Coinbase and manual bank transfers.

On rare occasions a secondary payment will show on your Credit/Debit card statement. This is a basic security procedure performed by some card issuers (Visa/Mastercard).

When an order is placed the card issuer will place a hold against the required amount. This will show on your statement as "processing". This is put in place while the payment is formally processed on your card. Once the actual payment has been processed, the temporary hold will be lifted. This can take a few hours. During this time your statement will show 2 payments.

If the purchase has been made on a weekend, the dual payment may remain on the statement until the next business day.

This is not something that Pik n Mix Lollies has control of, it is a security process instigated by the card issuer.
