When checking out on our store you will be asked to select "Ship" or "Pickup".

Select "Ship" and enter in your delivery address.

If your address is within our 4km local delivery radius, you will be offered the choice of courier delivery or local delivery.

Select local delivery and enter a contact number and any additional delivery notes e.g. Leave by the back door.

Yes! all of our deliveries are contactless.

We will place your order near your front door or anywhere specified on your delivery notes. We will knock on the door or ring your door bell before stepping back several metres. We will confirm the delivery with you before leaving.

If there is no one available to receive the order, we will ensure it is left in a safe location before taking a proof of delivery photo and leaving.

We aim to have all local deliveries completed by 6pm on business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer local deliveries on the weekend. Deliveries are done on business days only.

If you anticipate that you may not be home when we come to deliver, please notify us in the delivery notes of a safe place to hide your parcel.

If you are not home when we deliver, we will make an assessment. If your front door is not visible from the road we will place the parcel there. If we feel that your parcel can be seen or is exposed to the elements, we will endeavour to find a safe hiding spot and notify you of the location. If we are unable to do this, we will bring the parcel back to our warehouse and make contact with you regarding redelivery and/or a safe delivery location.
