Have a Taste of the Tropics with Homemade Bounty Bar Brownies!
Take a sweet, chocolate filled trip to the islands with these fudgy, coconut filled brownies. Indulgent and rich, these are always a sure winner.

Ingredients:
125 grams or 4 ounces of unsalted butter, chopped
150 grams or 5 ounces of dark chocolate, chopped
1 Bounty Bar, copped
320 grams or 11.25 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
2 Cups desiccated coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs, lightly whisked
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cocoa powder
Large pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Grease and line an 8 inch square baking pan.
- Set oven to 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
- Place butter, chocolate, and Bounty bar in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir occasionally until completely melted.
- Set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, combine the condensed milk, desiccated coconut, and vanilla in a bowl.
- In another bowl, stir the eggs, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and a large pinch of salt.
- Add this to the chocolate mixture and quickly stir together.
- Pour half of the chocolate mixture in the pan.
- Pour the coconut mixture on top of the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the rest of the chocolate mixture over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cool, cut, and enjoy!
Notes: If you prefer a gooey brownie, cook for 5-8 minutes less.
