Freeze dried products can be extremely brittle, but it's not a bad thing. After we pack the freeze dried Gummy Clusters, we are left with Cluster Dust. The dust is so delicate but it has all the little Cluster balls in it as well. 

Perfect for going on the top of ice cream or even making your own Dip n Lick by adding a Lollipop.
