When an order is placed with us, we will send you an e-mail confirming we have received the order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 5 minutes of ordering, please check your Spam/Junk folder.



All prices on Pik N Mix Lollies' website are in NZ dollars and include GST.

Payment of orders through our website can be made via Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Afterpay or Laybuy. All transactions are securely processed. 


Order before 12 Noon and you order will be sent out the same day. (business days only)

We do allow local pickup free of charge from our site in Pukekohe, South Auckland. Contact us prior to ordering via Text, Email, Facebook or Instagram to get the discount code to remove the shipping costs. Pop a message in your order notes stating that the order is for "Local Pick" so our packing team can pull the order aside. Turnaround time is fairly quick. We will contact you when your order is ready for contactless pickup.

We have set delivery costs no matter how big or small your order is. Delivery to New Zealand nationwide is $6.95. Rural deliveries cost $9.95 nationwide.

Free delivery on all orders over $99 to addresses in New Zealand.

All parcels are tracked. Tracking numbers will be provided once the parcel has been sent.

All orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday night will be sent out Monday morning.

Delivery times may vary as product is being dispatched from Pukekohe, South Auckland. We expect delivery to be from 1 - 3 business days of being sent.  Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer. 

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.

We can now send our lollies to Australia. Courier costs are $30 NZD (incl GST) for up to 2kg, then $5 NZD for every 500g there after. Delivery time at the moment is 5 to 10 business days. Orders are packaged up securely for the long journey.



We respect your right to privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information when you visit our site or contact us.  We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. The information will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.


Where is Pik n Mix Lollies based?

We are based is in Pukekohe, South Auckland, New Zealand. We are an online store only but we do allow pickups by special request only.

How are my lollies packed?

All lollies are dispatched in heat sealed, air tight bags. In the "Cart" section of our website we will ask you how you would like your lollies shipped. You will be given the options:

"Mixed" - Lollies are mixed together before being put into the pouch.

"Layered" - Lollies are layered in the bag individually.

"Separate" - Lollies are placed in individual bags per lolly type.

"Not bothered" - We'll dispatch whatever is most secure for that type of lolly.


I requested to have my lollies mixed but they aren't?

Some lollies do not travel well with other lollies. When gummy and sugared lollies are to be put in the same bag, the sugared will be put first (on the bottom) and gummies on the top. This is to prevent the coating falling off the sugared lollies, sticking to the gummy lollies.

Fondant based lollies (like tangy sticks and fruit sticks) draw moisture from gummy + sour lollies, therefore are dispatched in their own bags.

If you purchase a "Mixed Combo" then this will be dispatched mixed.

Each lolly link has all the nutritional information available as an image on its own product page.
